Dr. Kathryn Garland

Hi, I'm Kathryn
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years’ experience. I provide a safe and comfortable space for people to develop an understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and find healthy ways to express them. Helping people move through life’s challenges is my passion and I do so with empathy and respect for the courage it takes client’s to talk about personal issues and confront their own feelings and reactions.
